Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your Parfums de Marly purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery. To ensure a seamless experience, all returns must be in their original packaging with the protective film intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Customer Care team or visit our online portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Parcel

  Securely pack your items in their original shipping box, ensuring the complimentary samples included with your order are also returned if a full refund is requested.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects the condition of the returned fragrance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
